Delivery

Our Standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days if not quicker for orders within the UK. Bella Rose Equestrian Ltd cannot be held responsible if items are delayed in the post due reasons out of our control. If you receive a damaged parcel please inform us within 48 hours of receiving by email to sales@bellaroseequestrian.com.

International delivery times can vary depending on destination. We will aim for parcels abroad to take 5 working days, but at times can be a lot quicker.

Our Next Day Delivery service is unavailable on Pre Ordered items. Our next day delivery service is available for orders made before 9am to receive them next day. This doesn’t include Saturday and Sunday or bank holidays. 

Returns

We hope that you love your items but if the item doesn't fit or you wish to return we will give a full refund minus postage costs. Items must be returned in perfect condition with all tags in tact as they were when you received them and within 28 days of purchasing. 

Please note all sale items are non refundable - but we are happy to give credit towards another item.

No refunds will be made after 28 days.

Personal arrangements must be made for returning products to us and at your own cost, unless the item is faulty. We recommend customers that they obtain proof of postage and cost as the items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please note if items are not returned in originally packaging and new condition there will be a 10% restocking charge. 

If you are returning items from outside of the UK and Europe please make sure the form is completed correctly and that you tick the returns paperwork form for customs. Failure to do this can result in further charges, which the customer will be liable for.
