Shipping policy

Our Standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days if not quicker for orders within the UK. Bella Rose Equestrian Ltd cannot be held responsible if items are delayed in the post due reasons out of our control. If you receive a damaged parcel please inform us within 48 hours of receiving by email to sales@bellaroseequestrian.com.

International delivery times can vary depending on destination. We will aim for parcels abroad to take 5 working days, but at times can be a lot quicker.

Our Next Day Delivery service is unavailable on Pre Ordered items. Our next day delivery service is available for orders made before 9am to receive them next day.
